TRSCrew — TRSC Group

Qualified commercial divers, when your own team is not enough.

Commercial divers and technical staff on hire, for companies that run their own sites.

TRSCrew employs the divers and places them with the companies that need them, for one job or for a whole season. You direct the work. We remain the employer, with everything that entails.

Who you are

Three doors, depending on what you are looking for.

For companies

You run the site. We provide the people.

When your team is no longer enough, we place qualified staff at your disposal, employed year-round and insured by us, used to working with the group's teams. They work under your direction for as long as needed.

1

Commercial divers

Trained, medically monitored divers, on air or on mixed gas, depending on the depth of your site.

2

Technical staff

Hyperbaric technicians, welders, plant and boat operators, to complete your surface team.

3

Reinforcement and replacement

An absence, a peak in activity, a busy season: one person for a few days, a team for several months.

What you wantWho takes it on
People you direct yourselfTRSCrew, as staff leasing: we employ, you direct the work.
A structure inspected, repaired or installedTRSubC, under a contract for work: we run the site and answer for the result.
Who gives the orders. This question decides the contract. If your supervisors direct the divers, it is staff leasing. If you expect a finished job, it is a contract for work. We ask it when we quote, not afterwards.
Employer

You direct the work, we remain the employer.

The diver who joins you is our employee. Everything that falls to the employer stays with us, and you have it in writing.

Safety

Hiring a diver also means taking on a responsibility.

Whoever directs the work is responsible for safety on site. Whoever employs is responsible for insurance, pay and qualifications. When either one falls short, you carry the risk.

Our people remain under our protection

An employer's commitment

Our employees' safety cannot be delegated. Even when you direct the work, it remains our business.

Site audits

We audit the sites where our employees work: organisation, equipment, procedures and emergency response.

Deviations corrected

Whatever the audit finds, we deal with it together with you. Diving does not resume until a safety deviation has been corrected.

Three questions to ask any company that offers you divers

1

The licence

If my supervisors direct your divers, are you licensed to hire out staff in Switzerland, and are your divers employed here? Hiring out in Switzerland staff recruited abroad is prohibited (Art. 12 para. 2 AVG). A licence number answers.

2

The insurance

Are your divers insured with Suva in the diving risk class? A certificate answers.

3

The full cost

Does your price include social charges, allowances, expenses and the further training required by Art. 19 of the Ordinance on the safety of workers when working in pressurised environments (SR 832.311.12)? A written job contract answers.

Respect. A company that knowingly uses an unlicensed staff-leasing provider faces a fine of up to CHF 40,000 (Art. 39 para. 2 AVG), and the hire contract is void (Art. 22 para. 5 AVG). We hand you our licences and certificates before the first job, gathered in our compliance sheet.
International

Outside Switzerland, on the terms of the country.

Our employees also work on jobs abroad. Our terms adapt to the economic reality of the country and the local market.

Clear terms

Pay, allowances, travel and accommodation are agreed before departure. We do not follow up requests that do not respect them.

Formalities prepared

Every country has its own posting rules. They are prepared before the job, not on arrival at the site.

A team that knows each other

Whenever possible, we send people who have already worked together, with the group's equipment.

In France. Placing a diver with a French company counts as temporary agency work. What is required: the SECO licence for staff leasing abroad (Art. 12 para. 2 AVG); a financial guarantee covering wages and social contributions (Art. L1251-49 of the French Labour Code); the prior posting declaration and a representative in France (Art. L1262-2-1); French rules on pay, working time and safety from the first day (Art. L1262-4); the construction-industry ID card on building and civil-engineering sites (Art. L8291-1). The user company must check the declaration before the job starts (Art. L1262-4-1). Without these conditions, it faces the offence of illegal labour lending (Art. L8241-1 and L8243-1). We complete these steps before our first staff-leasing job in France. You receive the supporting documents before departure, in our compliance sheet.
For divers

Commercial diver? Work with a team, not for an agency.

TRSCrew employs you on a written contract and gives you well-prepared jobs. Between two group sites, we find you work with other diving companies, so that you stay busy. At a client's site too, your safety remains our business: we audit the sites where you work.

What we offer you

A written employment contract, Suva insurance in the diving class, an occupational pension, your dive records kept from one job to the next, well-prepared jobs and pay on the agreed date.

What we expect

A recognised commercial diving qualification, up-to-date medical fitness, experience, and the reliability of someone who knows their buddy is counting on them.

Working in Switzerland

Work in Switzerland is reserved for people who can easily obtain a long-term residence permit there: Swiss nationals, EU or EFTA nationals, and holders of a B or C permit.

Commitment. It is the C in TRSC: the effort everyone puts into their trade. We ask it of you, and we give it back: a clear contract, well-prepared jobs, a team you can count on.
